Прекрасное нападение сборной Дании уже насаждало команде Австрии в отборе на Чемпионат мира в Катар. Стороны пересекались между собой в последней квалификации на мундиаль, где подопечные Хьюлманна первыми из европейской части отбора получили путевку на турнир.
