В текущем состоянии ни Парма, ни Фиорентина не могут гарантировать себе место в безопасной зоне. В первую очередь это касается флорентийцев, которые остаются последними в таблице Серии А, не имея побед в активе с самого начала кампании.

Несмотря на поражение от Лацио (0:1), команда Куэсты перед рождественской паузой оторвалась от зоны вылета. Конечно, разница с Вероной сократилась до двух баллов после ее победы как раз над Фиорентиной (2:1), однако у Пармы накопился определенный запас прочности.

Если ближайший соперник – привычный участник Серии А в борьбе за выживание, то такой статус был всегда далек от Флоренции. Теперь Фиорентина находится в глубоком кризисе, но ей по силам из него выбраться в кратчайшие сроки.
